My resolutions are still going strong. I’ve been doing spinning (studio cycling) 3 times a week and been eating relatively healthy. I am now getting serious and embarking in a weight loss challenge. My goal? Loose those stubborn 15 lbs. In the coming week every, Thursdays I will document my menu, exercise routine and some dieting tips and tricks. Even Interviews with nutrition and fitness professional. Stay tune! Current weight 142lbs goal weight 127lbs.
