I am currently obsessed with Kale Chips. As a new mom I am on a journey to health & Fitness.
These Chips are easy, tasty, and super healthy.
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 bunch of Kale
- Seasoning: I love chili powder & lime but you can do whatever you like (salt & vinegar, chicken stock…)
Pre heat your oven at 300
In a large bowl or Ziploc bag combine all the ingredient, mix well
Transfer the Kale onto a baking sheet and put it in the oven, check every 10 mins until they are crisp. it should be about 20-25 mins
And Voila! A perfect guilt free snack.
