You let me travel the world in pursuit of my dreams. You trusted my instincts when you bought me that one way plane ticket to Miami when I was 19 and that bus ticket to New York City. These trips made my fashion career, and I am forever grateful for your help and your support.
You gave me advice when I needed it most. You encouraged me when my plans didn’t work out.
You are like sunshine. I know that whenever I am down, your voice will light me back up. You are my role model. You are always strong, always positive, and always teaching me to build an identity of my own and be an independent woman.
