-You will need scissors & decorative scissors (to create a nice edge along one side of the paper)
-Glue Ribbon
-8 x 10 paper with the design you like (get free printable here)
Step 1: Pick a cupcake pattern to match your party theme Cut out the template with scissors.
Step 2: Wrap around the bottom of a cupcake and secure with glue.
