4 tips for organizing your bathroom
Clutter can often be the creator of unnecessary stress. This is especially true when it comes to the bathroom since it contains the indispensable items you use on a daily basis.
Towels on the ground, make-up left on the counters, toothpaste in the sink, and overflowing cabinets are definitely not pleasant to the eye.
You can keep your bathroom clean and perfectly organized at all times simply by applying these 4 tips that will help you reduce morning chaos while getting ready:
- Add shelving – Many shelving options can be found at your local hardware store to maximize your vertical space while saving that valuable floor space. Adding stylish storage bins to your décor is perfect for concealing your toilet paper, spare products, and other necessities. You can also set aside a box specifically for your bath time essentials. That way when you are ready for some needed R&R, you won’t be wasting time looking for your bath salt, bubble bath, candles, etc…
- Get a drawer organizer– Acrylic storage will allow you to properly organize your cosmetics, hair accessories, and other products, without having them scattered around. This will also help prevent them from being exposed to dust. Best of all? All your products will be easy to spot, right when you need them.
- Set aside some cleaning time – Reserve 10 minutes each week to get rid of your unneeded and unused products, hair accessories, and medication. Decreasing the number of products and getting rid of the clutter will also leave more space for new things.
- Invest in a shower caddy – Invest in a multi-level shower caddy to hold your soaps, shampoo, and other toiletries. To maximize its usefulness, make sure to use it strictly for essentials. This is a great way to make sure your products are neatly stored and very handy.
